Product Introduction
The plate UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) sterilizer uses the HTST (High-Temperature Short-Time) method to pasteurize grape juice. The juice is rapidly heated to 90°C, held for exactly 30 seconds, then rapidly cooled. This process effectively kills yeast, bacteria and enzymes that could cause fermentation or spoilage, while preserving the natural flavor, color and nutritional value of the juice.
The machine uses a plate heat exchanger design with SUS 316 stainless steel plates for maximum heat transfer efficiency and corrosion resistance. The counter-current flow design ensures optimal energy recovery, as the incoming cold juice is preheated by the outgoing hot juice, significantly reducing energy consumption.
An automatic temperature control system with precision sensors maintains the pasteurization temperature within ±0.5°C. If the temperature drops below the set point, a flow diversion valve automatically redirects the juice back for reprocessing, ensuring food safety at all times.
