Filling Sealing Machine

Our automatic filling and sealing machine is designed for efficient and hygienic packaging of liquid food products, including grape juice, fruit juice, beverage, milk, sauce, and other liquid foods. The machine integrates multiple filling heads with an automatic capping and sealing system to achieve high-speed, continuous production with minimal operator intervention.

The filling system uses a rotary design with precision filling nozzles that ensure accurate volume control within ±1% deviation. The machine supports hot filling (at 85°C for heat-resistant containers) and aseptic cold filling (under sterile conditions for temperature-sensitive products). This flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of liquid food applications with different packaging requirements. The entire machine is constructed from food-grade SUS 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability, hygiene, and compliance with international food safety standards.

The filling process is fully automated, from bottle infeed, positioning, filling, capping, to discharge. The touch-screen control panel allows easy adjustment of filling volume, speed, and other parameters. An automatic bottle detection system prevents filling when no bottle is present, reducing waste and keeping the production area clean.
