Product Introduction
The juice blending tank is used to adjust the sugar content and acidity of grape juice to achieve the desired product specifications. For grape juice production, 20% sugar liquor is added to raise the sugar degree to 16° Brix. Then 3kg of 2% tartaric acid solution is added per 100kg of grape juice to prevent tartar precipitation during storage.
The tank features a stainless steel agitator that ensures uniform mixing of additives throughout the juice. The agitator speed is adjustable from 20-60 rpm to accommodate different juice viscosities and mixing requirements. An optional heating jacket allows temperature-controlled blending when needed.
The tank is equipped with a sight glass for visual monitoring, sampling port for quality testing, and CIP (Clean-In-Place) spray balls for automated cleaning. The conical bottom ensures complete drainage and the sealed lid prevents contamination during the blending process.
