Our grape juice production line is designed for businesses looking to extract high-quality juice from grapes efficiently and consistently. Grape juice plays an important role in the wine industry, including wine and brandy production. It can also be made into non-alcoholic beverages. The complete grape juice production process includes: raw material selection, cleaning, sorting, stem removing, crushing, heating for color distilling, juice extracting, filtration, blending, clarification, filling and sealing, pasteurization and cooling. In the production process, it is essential to protect the flavor, taste, color and properties of grapes as much as possible; prevent the fade of pigment and the precipitation of tartars; pasteurize the extracted juice to prevent yeast fermentation; and prevent grape juice from direct contact with iron, copper and other metals to avoid chemical reactions.

Grape Vibration Separator
High-frequency vibration separates unqualified grapes, stems and impurities, improving selection efficiency. The adjustable vibration amplitude and frequency adapt to different grape varieties and sizes.

Fruit Surfing Cleaning Machine
Air bubble and spray washing system thoroughly cleans grapes, removing dirt without damaging the fruit. The surfing water flow creates gentle friction to scrub the grape surface clean.

Grape Destemmer
Specialized equipment with adjustable destem blade and customizable drum sieve. The crushing roller is made of non-toxic, high-elastic rubber that protects grape grain integrity. A single-screw pump transmits grapes to the next process.

Double-Screw Grape Crusher
Low-speed squeezing achieves high juice yield (75-85%). All contacting parts with raw materials are made of SUS 304 stainless steel. The pressure and humidity are adjustable. Also applies to fermentative grapes and high-fiber contents.

Color Distillation Tank
Heats crushed grapes to 60-70°C for 15 minutes to dissolve pigments for red grape juice production. This optional step is essential for producing vibrant, richly-colored red grape juice with full-bodied flavor.

Blending Tank
Precision sugar and acid adjustment to achieve target Brix (16°) and pH. Stainless steel tank with agitator ensures uniform mixing. Add 20% sugar liquor and tartaric acid solution to prevent tartar precipitation.

Clarification Tank
Gelatin and tannin clarification at 8-12°C. Add 4-6g tannin per 100kg juice, wait 8 hours, then add 6-10kg gelatin. When all floccules settle, the clear juice is extracted from the top.

Plate UHT Sterilizer
High-temperature short-time pasteurization at 90°C for 30 seconds. The plate heat exchanger ensures rapid heating and cooling, preserving the natural flavor, color and nutrients of the grape juice while ensuring food safety.

Filling & Sealing Machine
