DESCRIPTION

Product Introduction

The juice clarification tank is used to remove suspended particles and colloids from grape juice, producing a crystal-clear final product. The clarification process uses gelatin and tannin as natural clarifying agents. Add 4-6g of tannin per 100kg of juice, wait 8 hours, then add 6-10kg of gelatin per 100kg of juice. Maintain the temperature between 8-12°C. When all floccules have settled, the clear juice is extracted from the top.

The tank features a cooling jacket that maintains the precise low temperature required for effective clarification. A conical bottom design facilitates the collection of settled sediment, while a clear juice outlet at the upper portion allows extraction of clarified juice without disturbing the sediment layer.

The tank is constructed from SUS 304 stainless steel with a polished interior finish to prevent particles from adhering to the walls. The sealed design prevents contamination and oxidation during the lengthy clarification process.
