Product Introduction
Joyshine potato peeling machine is an industrial-grade abrasion-type peeler designed for efficient peeling of potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, taro, cassava, and other root vegetables. The machine uses either emery abrasive rollers or brush rollers to remove the outer skin while minimizing flesh loss.
The peeling chamber is equipped with specially designed abrasive rollers that rotate to rub off the skin against the product surface. A water spray system continuously washes away peeled skin and keeps products cool during the peeling process. The peeling time is adjustable to achieve the desired peeling depth for different products.
The machine body is constructed from food-grade SUS 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. The peeling rollers are easily replaceable when worn out. An automatic discharge door allows continuous operation by timed or sensor-controlled opening.

How It Works
Loading
Products are loaded into the peeling chamber through the top hopper, either manually or by conveyor.
Peeling
Abrasive rollers rotate and rub off the skin while water spray rinses away the peeled skin continuously.
Inspection
Operator can visually inspect peeling quality through the inspection window during operation.
Discharge
Automatic discharge door opens and peeled products exit onto the outfeed conveyor.
Sorting
Peeled products are conveyed to inspection/sorting table where any remaining spots can be trimmed.
