Customer Background
Fried eggplant is a popular product in the customer’s local market. However, eggplant slices are not always uniform in thickness, which makes frying control more challenging. If the oil temperature fluctuates too much, thin slices may become over-fried while thicker slices may not reach the desired texture.
Before contacting Joyshine, the customer mainly relied on semi-automatic frying equipment and manual operation. This production method worked for small batches, but it became less efficient when order volume increased.

Project Requirements
After discussing the product type, factory space, expected capacity, and production process, Joyshine recommended a customized continuous frying solution.

- Around 600kg/h processing capacity
- Stable frying temperature control
- Continuous feeding and discharging

Based on these requirements, Joyshine designed a 6-meter continuous frying line for the customer’s factory.
Customized Frying Line Solution
The whole line was designed for continuous operation. Compared with traditional batch frying, continuous frying helps the customer keep a more stable production rhythm and improve product consistency.
The line mainly includes automatic conveying, frying, discharging, and oil filtration systems. During production, eggplant slices are fed into the fryer through the conveyor. The frying temperature and frying time can be adjusted according to the product condition, helping the factory achieve better control over color, texture, and moisture reduction.
The oil filtration system helps remove residues during frying, which is important for maintaining oil quality and reducing the impact of burnt particles on product appearance and taste.
For sliced eggplant products, even frying is especially important. Joyshine’s continuous frying machine allows the material to move steadily through the frying area, reducing excessive manual operation and helping the factory produce a more uniform finished product.
